    Yhaaamen is our original cold noodle creation, born right here in Kin Town. Chilled egg noodles topped with thick-sliced chashu pork, bamboo shoots, naruto fish cake, and green onions. The savory sesame-soy sauce brings it all together into a bold, refreshing bowl. It's ramen built for the Okinawan summer – cold, rich, and totally unique.
